Where our September & October visitors actually travel from i
Built on the real 2026 squads. These teams don't fly in from their home country — they converge from their clubs. Ecuador and Uruguay split between a Europe stream (direct, ~7–8h) and a hard-travelling Americas stream (24–30h); Venezuela adds a big MLS bloc (trans-Pacific). Uzbekistan is the opposite — an Asian base ~4h from Seoul. Each stream lists the actual squad names. The arriving-disadvantage read is a weighted, multi-stream figure, not one number.

No single origin — the squad splits almost evenly between a Europe stream (arrives fresh, direct) and a hard-travelling Americas stream (near-antipodal, 25–30h). UCL MD1 and Libertadores quarter-finals land ~a week before assembly, so the Americas bloc arrives off high-stakes midweek football. The Americas group drives recovery planning.

Converges from three continents with zero home-based players. The 14-strong Americas bloc — Brazil-heavy, several in Libertadores knockouts — is the dominant constraint: near-maximal eastward zone shift plus 24–30h routing. Plan two arrival streams and protect the Americas travellers.

High
Genuinely tri-continental with no hub — Europe (broad but in smaller leagues), a large MLS bloc mid-playoff-race, and a South-American/home group on 24–30h routing. Missed WC2026, so this is the June-2026 call-up. MLS and South-American blocks arrive most fatigued; MLS clubs may resist releasing just before Decision Day.

Low
The contrast case. Assembles from an Asian base a single-digit time-zone move from Seoul: 16 home-based (Tashkent ~4h) plus an Iran/UAE/Turkey ring, only one long-haul traveller (Man City). No jet-lag story to exploit — acclimatisation is marginal, not a planning driver.
